Personal data

Privacy policy.

What data we process, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. Last updated: 15 October 2026.

1. Who is responsible for your data

DJUMS Universal SASU (Djums Digital), 63, Avenue Colonel Mondjiba, Gombe, Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo. RCCM CD/KNG/RCCM/25-B-03279. Represented by Rama MPUTU DJUMA, president.

2. The data we process, and why

You contact us

Through the form, by email or on WhatsApp, you send us your name, your organisation, your email, your phone number, your profile, the service you are interested in, your country and your message. We use them to reply, to prepare a quote and, if we work together, to run the project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract.

We contact you (business-to-business prospecting)

We write to agencies and businesses to offer our services. We then use business data: name, role, organisation, business email, website and our observations about that website. This data comes from company websites, public business directories and public professional profiles. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering a service related to your business.

You can object at any time by replying "stop" to any of our emails. We then keep your address on an opt-out list, for the sole purpose of not writing to you again.

You are a client

We keep the information needed for the contract, invoicing and our accounting obligations.

You browse the website

This website uses no cookies, no audience measurement and no advertising. Fonts and scripts are served from our own website. Our host records technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security and to keep the service running.

3. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries with no follow-up and prospects who did not reply: 3 years after the last exchange.
  • Clients: for the duration of the relationship, then 10 years for accounting records.
  • Opt-out list: as long as needed to respect your objection.

4. Who has access

The Djums Digital team and the technical providers we rely on:

  • website hosting: Vercel Inc. (United States);
  • receiving form messages: Web3Forms;
  • the team's email and work tools.

We never sell or rent your data.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Our team works from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and some of our providers are established outside the European Union, notably in the United States. For these transfers we rely on the safeguards those providers offer (European Commission standard contractual clauses or Data Privacy Framework certification, as applicable). Within our team, access to data is limited to the people who need it, bound by a confidentiality commitment.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, or to restrict its processing, and you can object to prospecting at any time. Write to contact@djums.com. We reply within one month.

You can also contact the data protection authority of your country: CNIL (France), Data Protection Authority (Belgium), FDPIC (Switzerland), CNPD (Luxembourg), Commission d'accès à l'information (Quebec).
