- Who owns the website?
- You do. The domain name and hosting are in your name. The code and all access are handed over at delivery.
- Can I edit the copy myself?
- Yes. We train you for an hour, and we remain available if you would rather leave updates to us.
- Will I lose my current search ranking?
- No. Every old address is redirected to the matching new page.
- I have no copy and no photos.
- The custom package includes rewriting your copy. For photos, we use your images, royalty-free stock or a photographer of your choice.
- How do we communicate?
- Video call, email or WhatsApp, whatever suits you. One person follows your project from the first conversation to launch.
- Who invoices?
- DJUMS Universal SASU, a company registered in Kinshasa (RCCM CD/KNG/RCCM/25-B-03279). Invoices are issued in euros.
