White-label
The rules, written down before we start.
- 1Confidentiality first. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send us any brief.
- 2Your name only. No mention of Djums Digital in the code, the footer, the metadata or the files we deliver.
- 3Your clients stay yours. We do not contact them. If you want us to talk to them, we do it under your brand, from the address you choose.
- 4No solicitation. We do not offer our services to your clients, during the project or for 24 months after.
- 5Everything is yours. Source code, access, files and a short handover guide. Rights are assigned to you in writing on payment.

Your working hours are ours.
Kinshasa shares the time of Brussels, Paris and Geneva from late October to late March, and is one hour behind for the rest of the year. Our working days overlap with yours.

- Who signs the contract and who invoices?
- DJUMS Universal SASU, a company registered in Kinshasa (RCCM CD/KNG/RCCM/25-B-03279). Our invoices are issued in euros.
- How does payment work?
- 50% at kick-off, 50% on delivery. Regular partners receive one monthly invoice covering the month's projects.
- What if the result does not match the mockup?
- We fix it until it does, at no extra cost. For requests outside the approved mockup, 2 rounds of changes are included.
- Which tools do you work with?
- We agree the technical stack with you on the first call, based on what your clients use and what your team can maintain afterwards. You are never locked into a tool we chose.
- Can you work on our clients' hosting?
- Yes. You give us limited access and remove it at the end of the project.
- Who will be our contact?
- One project manager follows your projects from brief to delivery and learns your habits and your clients.
