First conversation
45 minutes. You describe the problem. We ask questions. We tell you whether we're the right team.

Framing
Two to three weeks. We reframe the problem, define scope and produce written deliverables. This phase is paid and standalone: it's yours even if we go no further.

Build
Short cycles, usable versions early, shared trade-offs.

Handover
Code, documentation, autonomy. We don't build dependency.
04 — WHAT WE EXPECT
Someone who can decide. Access to the ground and to the people living the problem. And acceptance that framing may reframe the original request — it often does, and it's the most useful moment in the process.
